Billing and cancellation
Per-site plans from $79, multi-site discounts, monthly or annual billing, and cancellation that takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Per-site pricing
SearchHandled is billed per site, per month: Starter at $79 for a single site finding its shipping rhythm, Growth at $149 for businesses actively publishing and refreshing, and Pro at $299 for agencies and operators running several brands.
Each site has its own plan, content allowance, and connector set. There is no free trial. The free Growth Map and free tools exist so you can evaluate the output before paying anything.
Multi-site discounts
Running more than one site on SearchHandled lowers the per-site price: 10% off across your subscription for 2–4 sites, and 15% off for 5–14 sites. For 15 or more sites, contact us for custom pricing.
Discounts apply automatically based on the number of active sites in your workspace, and adjust as you add or remove sites.
Cancellation
Choose monthly or annual billing. You can cancel any site at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The site keeps publishing and refreshing until then.
When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted from your CMS. Everything SearchHandled published stays live under your control, and you can export the content queue, publish log, and Growth Map data before closing the workspace.
Invoices, receipts, and payment method changes are all handled in the same portal. If a payment fails, we retry and notify you before any publishing is paused: nothing goes silent.
