Results methodology
Evidence that leads to
the next decision.
We separate operational delivery from search outcomes, label every cohort, and use first-party sources wherever they exist.
01 · The evidence ledger
From shipped to useful.
Each layer answers a different question. No single chart gets to stand in for the whole result.
The datum sheetRead top to bottom
Four layers, four sources.
Every entry names the first-party source behind it. Where a source does not exist yet, the entry stays open rather than borrowing a number.
02 · How results are measured
What a public result must include.
A credible result shows context and limits, not just the highest point on a chart.
- 6required disclosures
- 4measured layers
- 0invented numbers
A defined page cohort and publication window
Baseline and comparison dates
The first-party source behind each metric
Material site changes that affected the period
Clear separation of observed facts and inference
No guarantee that another site will repeat the outcome
03 · What we don’t claim
Proof gets published when proof exists.
This current build contains no fabricated customer stories. The first case study should appear only after a real cohort has enough time, context, and customer permission.
04 · Private validation inventory
A placeholder is not proof.
The product has been tried on friend-owned sites, according to the founder. Until permission and first-party evidence are attached, the public ledger records only what is known and what is still missing.

Names are withheld. No traffic, ranking, lead, or revenue outcome is claimed.
Start the baseline
A result begins with a clearly defined starting point.
Connect the site and first-party sources during setup, then agree on the cohort before work ships.
