Publishing rules and review modes
Auto-publish low-risk work, review everything, or mix the two, with a risk gate and a durable publication log underneath either way.
The three publish modes
Auto-publish low-risk work. Pages that pass verification and score under the risk threshold publish on schedule without manual approval. Everything else waits in the review queue.
Mixed. Low-risk work publishes automatically, but you get a review pass on new page types, new clusters, or anything touching claims: the default most teams start with.
Review everything. Nothing publishes without your explicit approval. SearchHandled prepares the page, the brief, and the verification notes; you press the button.
The risk gate
Every draft is scored across risk factors: topic sensitivity, unsupported claims, competitor comparisons, freshness dependence, YMYL classification, product or compliance mentions, and external statistics.
The rule is simple: sensitive work and any page with an unsupported claim route to human review, regardless of publish mode. A page can pass every other check and still be held because one claim could not be traced to an approved source.
Review notes show exactly what triggered the hold: the claim, the risk factor, and the source that was or was not found. Approving or editing in the review queue teaches the system your standards for next time.
Verification and recovery
SearchHandled records completed writes and uses provider-specific read-back where available. Stable destination identity lets supported connectors retry by updating the same record instead of creating another one.
SearchHandled does not currently provide portable one-click rollback. Keep provider-native revisions or backups enabled, use draft or review-everything mode for sensitive changes, and follow your provider's recovery procedure when a prior version must be restored.
