For law firms
Case inquiries from search, on a schedule you can see.
SearchHandled builds the practice-area, location, and guide pages a firm should already have, with risk-gated review on anything that reads like legal advice.
01 · Page types
The pages that win in legal.
Five page families do most of the work. Here is what each looks like for this industry. Real targets come from your Growth Map.

02 · An example queue
What the first 90 days could look like.
Every opportunity below is illustrative. A real map uses your pages, Search Console data, business rules, and approved sources.
Weekly scan
SearchHandled found 22 opportunities on yourcompany.com this week.
Organic clicks, last 90 days
Illustrative workspace: nothing connects or publishes.
03 · The operating loop
How SearchHandled runs it.
The same loop as every other terrain, run on the page families above and under your rules.
Research
We map the practice areas, case types, and cities people actually search, then rank them by intake value, not raw volume.
Publish
Pages ship to your CMS under your rules. Anything that touches legal claims or compliance routes to review before it goes live.
Refresh
The refresh engine watches for decaying practice pages, stale statutes, and overlapping articles, and queues fixes before rankings slip.
04 · The rules for this industry
What never publishes without a person.
Every page routes to human review before it ships. Nothing about a case, a fee, or an outcome reaches your site on an automated schedule, whatever your publishing rules say.
Won't write
Held at any automation setting
- Any prediction of case value, settlement figure, or likelihood of success
- Statements about statutes of limitation without a jurisdiction and a source
- Testimonials, verdicts, or recovery amounts we cannot trace to something you gave us
- Wording that could read as forming an attorney-client relationship
Structured data
The markup that actually applies.
LegalServiceAttorneyPersonFAQPageBreadcrumbList
LegalService is current; the older Attorney type still validates and is not deprecated, contrary to a lot of advice. FAQPage no longer earns rich results for anyone since May 2026; we leave existing markup alone because it is harmless, and never add it expecting a SERP feature.
Location pages
Where geography is real.
City pages work here, and this is also the vertical where they fail the swap test most often. A page about motorcycle accidents in Phoenix has to name the local court, the state's comparative-fault rule, and the local filing deadline, otherwise it is the Scottsdale page with one word changed, and Google's doorway policy is explicit about that.
Evidence
What you have to be able to show.
A named attorney with a bar number and a linked profile page on every substantive page. Firms lose here not on writing quality but on anonymity: an unsigned page about legal consequences is the exact profile the helpfulness systems demote.
05 · Assistants
How legal loses in AI answers.
Assistants answer legal questions by naming a directory (Avvo, Justia, FindLaw) rather than a firm. Getting named alongside those requires the firm's own pages to answer the procedural question completely, not funnel to a contact form after two paragraphs.
The prompts we would sample
- What should I do after a car accident that was not my fault?
- How much does a personal injury lawyer cost if I lose?
- Do I need a lawyer for a minor injury claim?
- How long do I have to file a claim in my state?
