03 · The operating loop

How SearchHandled runs it.

The same loop as every other terrain, run on the page families above and under your rules.

01

Research

We identify the roles and regions where your own placement data can beat the national salary aggregators, rather than restating what they already publish.

02

Publish

Salary and role content holds for review. Job listings ship with proper markup and are removed when they expire, which is what keeps the property eligible at all.

03

Refresh

Salary pages are only useful while current. They are re-dated and re-sourced on a fixed cycle instead of drifting into last year's market.

04 · The rules for this industry

What never publishes without a person.

Job and salary content holds for review. Employment is a protected-class context, and salary figures are the numbers candidates act on.

Won't write

Held at any automation setting

  • Salary ranges without a source and a date
  • Any requirement or description that could read as discriminatory
  • Placement-rate or time-to-hire claims we cannot trace to your data
  • Naming a client company without your confirmation
These are refusals, not defaults. There is no setting that turns them off.

Structured data

The markup that actually applies.

  • JobPosting
  • Organization
  • EmployerAggregateRating
  • BreadcrumbList

JobPosting is one of the few schema types with a direct, still-live distribution channel, and its baseSalary property is where salary belongs: this is also the correct replacement for the retired EstimatedSalary type, which we will never recommend. Expired postings must be removed or marked, or the whole property loses eligibility.

Location pages

Where geography is real.

Salary and market pages are genuinely local: pay, demand, and competition differ by city in ways that are measurable. That is also what makes a templated version obvious: if the salary figure is the same in two cities, the page was not written about either.

Evidence

What you have to be able to show.

Placements you actually made, with sector and seniority, and consultants named by the desks they run. Agency sites are close to interchangeable; the differentiator is demonstrable specialism rather than claimed coverage.

05 · Assistants

How recruitment loses in AI answers.

Assistants answer salary and career questions from Glassdoor, Levels.fyi, and government data. An agency gets named by publishing its own salary data (the one dataset it has and they do not) rather than restating theirs.

The prompts we would sample

  • What does this role actually pay in my city?
  • Which recruitment agency is best for this sector?
  • Should I use a recruiter or apply directly?
  • What is the hiring process like at companies in this industry?
Assistant answers are personalised and happen in private conversations, so any sample is a logged-out approximation, never a measure of how many of your buyers saw what.
