For SaaS teams
Bottom-funnel pipeline without a content headcount.
SearchHandled ships the comparison, integration, and template pages buyers search right before they choose a tool and keeps them honest as the market moves.
01 · Page types
The pages that win in SaaS.
Five page families do most of the work. Here is what each looks like for this industry. Real targets come from your Growth Map.

02 · An example queue
What the first 90 days could look like.
Every opportunity below is illustrative. A real map uses your pages, Search Console data, business rules, and approved sources.
Weekly scan
SearchHandled found 24 opportunities on yourcompany.com this week.
Organic clicks, last 90 days
Illustrative workspace: nothing connects or publishes.
03 · The operating loop
How SearchHandled runs it.
The same loop as every other terrain, run on the page families above and under your rules.
Research
We map the jobs, integrations, and alternatives your buyers search, scored against your positioning and real Search Console data.
Publish
Pages ship under your rules. Competitor comparisons and product claims route to review before they go live.
Refresh
The refresh engine keeps comparisons current as competitors ship, and fixes decaying feature pages before pipeline slips.
04 · The rules for this industry
What ships on schedule, and what waits.
Most pages publish automatically. Comparison and alternatives pages naming a competitor hold for review, because a claim about somebody else's pricing or capability is the one we most want a human to have read.
Won't write
Held whatever your rules say
- Competitor feature or pricing claims we could not source from their live page
- Customer names, logos, or case-study numbers you have not supplied
- Uptime, performance, or security claims without your own evidence
- Any 'we are the only platform that…' construction
Structured data
The markup that actually applies.
SoftwareApplicationOrganizationOfferBreadcrumbList
SoftwareApplication with a real Offer for each plan, so pricing is machine-readable. This is the vertical where extractable pricing pays off most directly: 'Plan X costs $49 per month' is quotable by an assistant, 'flexible plans for every team' is not.
No location pages
Why we will not build them here.
There are no cities here, and building them would be pure doorway construction. Where a SaaS does need geography it is compliance and residency (data location, tax handling, supported regions), which is a real page, not a templated one.
Evidence
What you have to be able to show.
Original data from your own product. A usage study across your customer base is the strongest citation magnet available to a software company, and the one thing a competitor with a bigger content budget cannot replicate.
05 · Assistants
How SaaS loses in AI answers.
Software buying moved into assistants faster than any other category: G2 measured most B2B software research starting in a chatbot. What gets a product named is third-party coverage: review platforms, Reddit threads, comparison articles you do not own. A perfect own-site presence with no external footprint is the standard failure here.
The prompts we would sample
- What is the best alternative to the tool I currently use?
- How does this compare to the market leader for a small team?
- Is it worth paying for this or is the free tier enough?
- What do people complain about with this category of tool?
