Feature · Publishing

Publishing you can verify.

The Publishing agent pushes approved pages to your CMS as drafts or live posts, records every completed action, and verifies the destination where the provider supports read-back.

01 · Two views

Simple on the surface. Systematic underneath.

Drafts or live pages in your CMS, with a durable publication log and provider-specific verification.

What you see

  • Pages appearing in your CMS in the state you chose: draft, scheduled, or live.

  • A publish log of everything that shipped, when, and under which rule.

  • A clear result and destination identifier after every completed publish.

What the system does

  • Connects to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, Framer, Wix, HubSpot, or a Git-based workflow.

  • Publishes with media, metadata, categories, and internal links intact.

  • Uses stable destination identity on supported providers so a safe retry updates instead of duplicating.

  • Writes completed publish and update actions to a durable publication log.

02 · Human review

When a person steps in

CMS permission failures stop the publish and surface the exact fix: for example, “CMS token lacks publish permission.” Nothing retries silently.

03 · Illustrative example

A scheduled Tuesday rhythm.

A Webflow site on mixed mode gets four low-risk refreshes auto-published on Tuesday morning and two new pages waiting in review. The publish log shows all six jobs, the rules that applied, and the verified destination records for completed writes.
